The entire team are incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely care about every patient. They take the time to explain everything, answer every question, and make every visit comfortable and stress-free. The office is clean, modern, and welcoming, and the level of care is second to none. You can tell everyone here takes pride in creating beautiful smiles while providing exceptional customer service. Haeger orthodontics is very professional and the staff are super friendly. Every visit we had, the staffs would explained the process clearly, and this makes my daughter’s orthodontic treatment become less scary or nerve wracking for her. We really love the two offices’ (Maple Valley and Kent) environment.

I would highly recommend anyone who has any thoughts and/or interests in getting braces to definitely check out Haegers Orthodontics! They are very welcoming, kind, and extremely professional. They are very helpful in answering any questions, and solving any issues that one may have with their braces. Pokey Wires, broken brackets, sensitivity/pain issues, questions about the treatment etc,. they work with you in resolving these issues in a timely manner with the highest levels of customer service and professionalism. Not only do they have two locations(Kent/Maple Valley), they are both staffed with well trained professionals and are very flexible with getting you in the office quickly! As a man who got his braces back when I was 29, I was very iffy and hesitant about getting braces this far in life, and I want to say that I don’t regret going with braces with this office. I am still currently on going with my treatment two years later, and I want to say that the service/treatment I received are impeccable! I am truly happy with my treatment so far and are content with the current on going results. I highly recommend this place if you are an adult and/or have kids considering braces

We had a really great experience bringing my son in for his first consultation at Haeger Orthodontics in Kent, Washington. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and made my son feel completely at ease, which made a big difference for us. The orthodontist took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, answering all of our questions without making us feel rushed. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure we understood the treatment options and next steps. The office itself was clean, modern, and had a very positive, comfortable atmosphere. Overall, it was a smooth and reassuring first visit, and we feel confident moving forward with my son’s care here. I would highly recommend Haeger Orthodontics to any family looking for quality orthodontic care.

I had an excellent experience with my braces treatment at Heager Orthodontics. From the initial consultation to every appointment, the team has been professional, welcoming, and supportive. They always make sure I’m comfortable and informed. I’m already seeing a big improvement in my smile and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!
